Organization of a seminar regarding the impact of the recent political developments in Europe on the resilience of SEDM Member Nations to anti-Western influence.

  • Analyzing the effects of anti-democratic ideological and political trends in Europe (case study on the intensification of some actors/vectors that affect the resilience of states to anti-Western influence. The event is associated with SEDM Member Nations efforts to promote democratic values.

An International conference on SEDM Member States resilience consolidation entitled Resilience in context with the current threats: Strategies and solutions for SEDM member states

  • The Conference objective is to identify and analyze the differences in the threat’s perceptions at the SEDM Member Nations level.
  • Formulating strategies and best practices to counter information warfare.

  • MTT is established in ROU and being deployed to a Member Nation at request, and on the basis of the development of tailor-made programs to provide specialized training expertise in different areas such as crisis management, hybrid threats, energy, communications, transport etc.
  • Cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing between SEDM MN is encouraged

Organization of a round table in order to harmonize the non-Paper, which was drawn up after the centralization and analysis of all answers from the Member States

  • Identifying, analyzing and communicating the issues of mutual interest resulted from the responses received from Member States to the questionnaire

  • The panel aims to generate a constructive debate on how the Euro-Atlantic institutions are involved in supporting the neighborhood for strengthening their resilience on democracy, strengthening regional security

Handbook regarding Resilience for the Member States

  • Develop a comprehensive handbook on regional resilience theme in order to promote a common understanding of resilience and gather the best practices for building proper resilience.
